In jam2gether there are 2 ways how you can bring out musically in the community with:

1. Creation of a new chain letter / uploading a root session

A root session is the very first soundtrack of a musical chain letter. Click in the navigation menu on the menu item "Root-session" Upload to start a new musical chain letter. Upload an MP3 file (eg a drum line) high, it creates a new root session. Other (or you) can download these root session, jam session and this with the upload code to upload again - the chain letter started!
 

• With any instrument one soundtrack on the PC import as MP3
• The MP3 without uploading code as the root session upload
• Root session was created and started a chain letter
• Other jam buddies can jam to this session

2. Continuation of an already existing chain letter / to a jam session jam
You find a jam session that you like and invite you down to your computer. You'll get sent with the download of this session to upload code by e-mail. Edit the saved session (eg with the Jam tool) and load the newly created Jam Session as MP3 with the upload code from the e-mail up again. You have expanded the chain letter. The created by you Jam Session is the Child-session (the child) from the Jam Session (Parent Session), which you have downloaded.

• On the Parent Session (soundtrack) e.g. to jam with the Jam Tool
• Finished with downloading MP3 file with the received upload code to upload again
• A Child session has been created!
